Our Mission

Our missions is to help students feel and do better in school. We teach them to master their mindset, set their systems, and effectively execute so they can achieve their goals while cultivating health and happiness.

Our Why

  • 70% of teens say that anxiety and depression are a major problem among people their age in the community where they live. An additional 26% say it’s a minor problem.

  • 61% of teens say they personally feel a lot of pressure to get good grades, and another 27% say they feel some pressure to do so.

  • With an increased emphasis test scores, today's youth can feel pressure to succeed in ways previous generations did not. In 2016, 41% of incoming college freshmen said they feel "overwhelmed" by all they have to do, compared with 28% in 2000 and 18% in 1985.

At School Without Suffering, we want to fix this.

We believe that with the right tools and support, all students can thrive in school and in life.

Beyond improving grades and test scores, our mission is to provide life-long tools that learners can use to take control over their external and internal stressors, increase their self-efficacy, and fully realize their unique potential.
